Pide is generally a bit of bread dough, rolled flat, topped with some meats and cheeses, then cooked very quickly in a stone-bottom oven. This quick and easy meal is one of the most consistent and easy to find throughout Turkey, with essentially every neighborhood in the country having their own Pideci, or pide restaurant.

Kuşbalılı: With minced meat
Sucuklu: With dried sausage
