Gözleme are more like Turkish tacos than pancakes. They are composed of thin dough, roasted on a convex stove with assorted ingredients inside.

Gözleme (also known as kete or sac böregı), is made by rolling out very thin wheat dough, filling it with some cheese and vegetables, then dry roasting it on top of a convex brazer. It is a very popular Turkish street snack, or breakfast food. Dont forget to wash it down with a nice class of çay or ayran.

Some common types of Gözleme:

İspanaklı: With spinach

Peynirli: With feta cheese

Patatesli: With potatoes

Karışık: With all of the above.
